The pain that is. Well, to be fair, the EXTREME soreness. My biceps ache. My low back now aches. It’s just a function of getting over the ‘welcome back to fitness stage’ – so I can deal with it. But can’t wait until my body adjusts! But it is good to ache, over a GOOD thing. Speaking of good things, I managed to do two shoots today. Below is a preview of the first shoot.
